Overview
The Facilities, Logistics and Resources Office (Direction des moyens généraux – DMG) is a central administrative service of the university and is part of the Resource Management Division.
It employs 75 administrative and technical staff and manages 14 buildings located on the Esplanade and Neustadt campuses.
The Facilities, Logistics and Resources Office provides logistical support to the university’s main administrative services and responds to occasional requests from faculties, services, schools or institutes located in specific campus buildings.
It maintains smooth logistical and safety operations across buildings that house multiple services, faculties, schools and institutes, while managing room bookings through the ADE software.
It also responds to requests from external partners to rent university premises for special events.

The Facilities, Logistics and Resources Office is organised into four departments, each responsible for the following areas:
- Work environment and logistics management
- Facilities and reception management
- Security and fire safety management
- Printing, mail and driver services
